What happens after I order my hosting account?

Your hosting account will be created within few hours we receive your payment. After the account is created, you will be sent a welcome e-mail with all the login information that you need to access your account and control panel.

How do I change permissions on files and folder?

1. Login to your control panel.
2. Click Manage files on Domain.
3. Choose the domain. Proceed to the file or folder you like to change permissions on.
4. Click the lock icon next to folder or file name. Make Plesk IIS User (IUSR_...) selected on the left.
5. Check off both "Allow inheritable permissions ..." and "Replace permission entries ..." checkboxes.
6. Check off Full Control and click OK button.

How do I manage my databases?

1. Login to your control panel.
2. Proceed to Home->Select your domain->Databases.
3. Choose the database.
4. Click Web Admin icon.

How do I access my website via FTP?

First of all you need to create a FTP account.

1. Login to your control panel.
2. Proceed to Home->Select your domain->FTP Accounts.
3. Click Add New FTP Account icon to create an account.

Now you can access your website via FTP. Use ftp.yourdomainname.com as a server address.

How do I setup SMTP and POP3 mail servers?

As a first step you need to create a mail account.

1. Login to your control panel.
2. Proceed to Home->Select your domain->Mail.
3. Click Add New Mail Name icon to create an account.

Use yourdomain.com as both SMTP and POP3 mail servers. Use full email address (user@yourdomain.com) as a username.

How do I access web stats?

To view web stats (AWStats) proceed to http://www.mydomain.com/plesk-stat/webstat/

This directory is password protected. 
To create a user proceed to Home->Protected URLs->/plesk-stat. Add a new user. Now you can access your web stats.

How do I cancel account?

If you are not completely satisfied with our Web hosting services, you can just notify us in writing via e-mail that you wish to cancel. Your web hosting service will work until the end of your billing cycle.
